Hotshot rates come from loaded miles, trailer type, weight, dimensions, deadhead to the pickup, fuel, and urgency. Our expedited rate runs roughly $1.75–$3.50 per loaded mile depending on the load; short local hauls are quoted flat. We confirm a firm, all-in number in writing before we ever dispatch — anyone quoting a flat per-mile rate sight-unseen is guessing.
Dispatch answers 24/7, and our target is wheels-rolling about ninety minutes from a confirmed rate across our home region (TX / OK / KS / AR / MO). The live status on our site shows whether the truck is open or on a load, and when the next slot opens.
Yes. We run a 102″ deckover and can take legal-overwidth and over-length freight with the proper state oversize permits, flags, lighting, and pilot-car / escort coordination. Give us the dimensions and weight and we’ll plan the route and permits.
We hold active USDOT and MC operating authority in good standing, $1,000,000 primary auto-liability, and $250,000 cargo coverage. We send a Certificate of Insurance to you or your broker the same day you tender a load, and our authority is searchable on FMCSA SAFER.
Deadhead (the empty miles to your pickup) is factored into the quoted rate rather than billed as a surprise line item. When we’re already near your origin, that works in your favor — we’ll tell you if we have a truck close by.
Everything is tied down to FMCSA 49 CFR 393 Subpart I — WLL-rated chains, binders, and ratchet straps, the required minimum tie-downs for the length and weight, plus edge and corner protection. We send securement photos at load-out on every haul, and tarp weather-sensitive freight on request.
Our home footprint is Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri, with same-day reach across most of it from Tulsa. We also run 48-state expedite on demand — if you tender a long load, we’ll roll it anywhere in the lower 48.
