Carrier authority and insurance status are verifiable on FMCSA SAFER and via Certificate of Insurance on request.
Securement & oversize
Freight is secured in accordance with FMCSA cargo-securement rules (49 CFR 393, Subpart I). Oversize and overwidth loads move only with the proper state permits, escorts, and routing.
